One-Arm Kettlebell Snatch

Kettlebells Shoulders

The One-Arm Kettlebell Snatch is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Snatch

  1. Start with the bell between your feet, hinge back, and hike it behind you.
  2. Drive your hips forward explosively, letting the momentum pull the bell up.
  3. Guide the bell into a punch at the top so it lands softly on your forearm overhead.
  4. Lock out the arm fully with a vertical forearm before lowering back to the hinge.
