How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Split Jerk

  1. Hold the kettlebell in rack position, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Dip the knees sharply, then drive up, splitting one foot forward and one back as the bell punches overhead.
  3. Land in a stable split stance with both knees slightly bent and the bell locked out.
  4. Recover feet together under the bell before lowering it back to rack.
