How to do the One-Arm Overhead Kettlebell Squats

  1. Press the kettlebell overhead and lock your arm out with your bicep by your ear.
  2. Set your feet slightly wider than hip-width and keep your eyes on the bell.
  3. Descend into the squat while actively pushing the bell toward the ceiling.
  4. Drive through your heels to stand, maintaining lockout throughout the entire rep.
