How to do the One Half Locust
- Lie face down with arms at your sides and chin resting on the floor.
- Extend one leg straight and press the opposite hip into the floor for stability.
- Lift the extended leg as high as you can using your glute and lower back, keeping the knee straight.
- Hold briefly at the top, lower with control, and repeat on the same side before switching.
