The One Leg Barbell Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the One Leg Barbell Squat

  1. Set the barbell across your upper traps and balance on one foot with the other leg extended behind you or elevated.
  2. Descend by hinging at the hip and bending the standing knee, keeping your torso upright.
  3. Drive through the heel to return to standing, fully extending the hip and knee.
  4. Keep the standing knee tracking over your toes throughout the movement.
