How to do the One-Legged Cable Kickback

  1. Attach an ankle cuff to the low pulley and fasten it to your working leg.
  2. Hinge slightly forward at the hips and brace on the cable machine for balance.
  3. Drive your leg straight back until your glute fully contracts, then lower with control.
  4. Keep your hips square and avoid rotating your torso during the movement.
