Overhead Squat
The Overhead Squat is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Overhead Squat
- Press the barbell to a locked-out overhead position with a wide snatch grip, arms fully extended.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, then descend into a full squat while keeping the bar directly over your mid-foot.
- Drive your knees out, maintain an upright torso, and keep active tension in the shoulders throughout.
- Stand to full extension without letting the bar drift forward.
