How to do the Physioball Hip Bridge
- Lie on your back with your heels resting on top of the ball, legs nearly straight, arms flat at your sides.
- Brace your core, then drive your hips up until your body forms a straight line from heels to shoulders.
- Squeeze your glutes hard at the top and hold briefly.
- Lower with control and keep the ball as still as possible throughout.
