Plie Dumbbell Squat
The Plie Dumbbell Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Plie Dumbbell Squat
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes turned out 45 degrees, holding one dumbbell with both hands at arm's length between your legs.
- Squat straight down by bending your knees in line with your toes, keeping your torso upright.
- Drive through your heels to return to standing, squeezing your glutes at the top.
- Keep your knees tracking over your toes throughout the movement — don't let them cave inward.
