How to do the Power Partials
- Stand with dumbbells at your sides, feet shoulder-width apart, maintaining an upright posture.
- Raise both dumbbells out to the sides in a short, controlled arc — no more than 45 degrees of travel.
- Lower slowly back to the start and repeat, keeping a slight bend in your elbows throughout.
- Avoid using momentum — the power comes from the deltoids, not a body swing.
