Push Press
The Push Press is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Push Press
- Rack the bar on your front deltoids with elbows slightly in front of the bar.
- Dip by bending your knees slightly, then drive through your legs to initiate the press.
- Press the bar overhead to full lockout as your legs extend.
- Keep your core braced and avoid excessive lumbar extension at the top.
