How to do the Push Press - Behind the Neck

  1. Rest the bar across your upper traps with a grip just outside shoulder width.
  2. Dip your knees slightly, then drive through your legs to initiate the press.
  3. Press the bar straight up to full lockout directly over your base.
  4. Only attempt this if you have sufficient shoulder mobility and no impingement history.
