How to do the Pyramid
- Lie face down over the exercise ball with your hips centered on the ball.
- Let your torso and legs drape over the ball to create a gentle arch through your spine.
- Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch — do not force extension.
- Hold the position for 20–30 seconds; exit slowly by walking your hands forward.
