Quad Stretch
The Quad Stretch is a stretching movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Quad Stretch
- Stand on one leg and bend the opposite knee, bringing your heel toward your glute.
- Grip your ankle — not your foot — and keep your knees together.
- Stand tall with your hips forward; do not let your lower back arch excessively.
- Hold 20–30 seconds per side, using a wall for balance if needed.
