Quick Leap

Other Quadriceps

The Quick Leap is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Quick Leap

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Quickly dip into a quarter squat, then explode upward driving your arms overhead.
  3. Land softly on the balls of your feet, absorbing impact by bending your hips and knees.
  4. Reset fully before each rep — this is a power drill, not a bounce.
