How to do the Rack Delivery
- Stand in the rack with the bar at upper-chest height; grip just outside shoulder width.
- Pull the bar into your front deltoids with elbows high and slightly in front of the bar.
- Brace your core and unrack the bar by stepping back with control — do not rush.
- Confirm your stance and brace before initiating any overhead movement.
