Rack Pulls
The Rack Pulls is a powerlifting movement that targets your lower back. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Rack Pulls
- Set the safety pins so the bar starts just below, at, or above knee height.
- Hinge to the bar with a neutral spine, brace hard, and grip just outside your legs.
- Drive through the floor and extend your hips to pull the bar to lockout.
- Lower the bar back to the pins with control — do not drop or hyper-extend at the top.
