How to do the Recumbent Bike

  1. Adjust the seat so your leg has a slight bend at full pedal extension.
  2. Keep your back flat against the support pad throughout.
  3. Push through the full pedal stroke at a steady cadence.
  4. Keep your feet level on the pedals; don't let your ankles collapse.
