The Reverse Band Power Squat is a powerlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Reverse Band Power Squat

  1. Set bands from the top of the rack to deload at the bottom of the squat.
  2. Take your stance, brace your core, and squat to full depth.
  3. Drive up explosively as the band tension increases on the way up.
  4. Keep your knees tracking over your toes and your chest up throughout.
