How to do the Reverse Machine Flyes

  1. Adjust the seat so the handles align with your shoulders, then grip with palms facing in.
  2. Drive the handles back in a wide arc, squeezing your rear delts at full extension.
  3. Keep your chest against the pad and don't let your shoulders shrug during the movement.
