How to do the Rickshaw Deadlift
- Step inside the frame, hinge at the hips and knees to reach the handles, and set a neutral spine.
- Drive through the floor by extending your legs and hips simultaneously.
- Lock out fully at the top, then hinge back at the hips to lower the frame under control.
