The Rocket Jump is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Rocket Jump

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms at your sides.
  2. Squat down to parallel, then explode upward as high as possible.
  3. Swing your arms overhead to drive height.
  4. Land softly with bent knees and immediately reset for the next rep.
