  1. Stand tall with your arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Sweep both arms in a large circle — forward, overhead, back, and down — in a controlled arc.
  3. Reverse the direction for the same number of reps.
  4. Move slowly through any tight range rather than swinging through it.
