Rowing, Stationary
The Rowing, Stationary is a cardio movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Rowing, Stationary
- Sit with feet strapped in, knees bent, and grip the handle with an overhand grip.
- Drive through your legs first, then lean back slightly and pull the handle to your lower ribs.
- Return in reverse: arms extend, then hinge forward, then bend your knees to slide back.
- Keep your back flat throughout — don't round at the catch or the finish.
