How to do the Sandbag Load
- Straddle the bag with feet hip-width apart and hinge at the hips to grip it.
- Drive through your legs to pull the bag to lap height, then stand tall.
- Keep the bag close to your body as you swing or hoist it to the target.
- Brace your core hard before the final load — don't rush the finish.
