Scissors Jump
The Scissors Jump is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Scissors Jump
- Start in a staggered lunge with your front knee above your ankle and back knee near the floor.
- Drive explosively through both legs to jump straight up.
- Switch your leg position in mid-air and land softly in the opposite lunge.
- Absorb the landing with a bent knee and load immediately into the next rep.
