The Seated Barbell Military Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Seated Barbell Military Press

  1. Sit upright with the barbell at shoulder height and grip just outside shoulder width.
  2. Stack your wrists directly over your elbows before pressing.
  3. Press the bar straight overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Lower the bar to the front of your shoulders under control each rep.
