How to do the Seated Cable Shoulder Press

  1. Sit upright between two low pulleys, gripping the handles at shoulder height.
  2. Press both handles overhead until your arms are fully extended without locking your elbows.
  3. Keep your core braced and lower back neutral throughout.
  4. Lower with control back to shoulder height before the next rep.
