The Seated Dumbbell Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Seated Dumbbell Press

  1. Sit upright on a bench with back support, dumbbells at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
  2. Press both dumbbells overhead until your arms are nearly locked out.
  3. Lower with control until your elbows drop to roughly parallel with the floor.
  4. Keep your core tight and avoid arching your lower back as you press.
