How to do the Seated Front Deltoid

  1. Sit upright and clasp your hands behind your back at hip level.
  2. Lift your arms slightly and roll your shoulders back and down.
  3. Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, feeling tension across the front of the shoulder.
  4. Keep your chest tall and avoid rounding your lower back.
