How to do the Seated Good Mornings
- Sit at the end of a bench with the barbell across your upper traps, feet flat on the floor.
- Brace your core and hinge forward at the hips until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor.
- Drive your hips forward to return to upright, squeezing your glutes at the top.
- Keep your lower back in a neutral arch throughout — never round under load.
