How to do the Shoulder Raise

  1. Stand or sit tall with arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Shrug both shoulders straight up toward your ears.
  3. Hold briefly at the top, then lower fully and let them relax.
  4. Keep your neck long; don't jut your head forward.
