How to do the Shoulder Stretch
- Stand tall and bring one arm straight across your chest at shoulder height.
- Hook your opposite forearm or hand just above the elbow to pull the arm closer.
- Hold for 20–30 seconds with your shoulder pressed down, away from your ear.
- Release and repeat on the other side.
