Side Hop-Sprint

Other Quadriceps

The Side Hop-Sprint is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Side Hop-Sprint

  1. Stand in an athletic stance beside your start marker, weight centered.
  2. Push off laterally and hop over each obstacle, landing softly on both feet.
  3. Absorb each landing through bent hips and knees, not stiff ankles.
  4. Stay low between hops to minimize ground contact time.

Train it in Apex Zone
