How to do the Side Laterals to Front Raise

  1. Stand holding dumbbells at your sides with a soft elbow bend.
  2. Raise both arms out to the sides to shoulder height, then lower.
  3. Without resting, raise both arms straight in front to shoulder height and lower.
  4. Keep your torso still and avoid swinging the weights.
