How to do the Side Standing Long Jump

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, turned sideways to your target direction.
  2. Load your hips and swing your arms, then explode laterally as far as possible.
  3. Land softly on both feet with knees bent, absorbing impact through your legs.
  4. Stabilize your landing fully before resetting.
