How to do the Side to Side Box Shuffle

  1. Stand beside a low box with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Step one foot onto the box, then quickly bring the other foot up and step down the opposite side.
  3. Stay on the balls of your feet and keep your chest up throughout.
  4. Maintain a fast, controlled rhythm without locking your knees at any point.
