How to do the Side Wrist Pull

  1. Stand or sit tall and extend one arm straight out in front of you.
  2. Use your opposite hand to gently pull the extended wrist across your body.
  3. Keep your shoulder down and your elbow straight.
  4. Hold the stretch without rotating your torso.
