How to do the Single-Arm Linear Jammer

  1. Load one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or secure corner, and grip the sleeve with one hand at shoulder height.
  2. Stand in a staggered stance, same-side foot back, with knees slightly bent.
  3. Drive the bar forward and upward by extending your hip, knee, and shoulder in sequence.
  4. Lower the bar back under control and reset your stance before the next rep.
