Single-Cone Sprint Drill
The Single-Cone Sprint Drill is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Single-Cone Sprint Drill
- Set a cone as your marker and start in an athletic stance 5–10 yards away.
- Sprint to the cone at maximum effort, staying low out of your start.
- Decelerate with short, choppy steps, touch or circle the cone, then accelerate back.
- Drive your arms hard and keep your eyes up on each sprint.
