How to do the Single Leg Butt Kick

  1. Stand on one foot with a slight forward lean and a soft bend in the support knee.
  2. Drive your free heel up toward your glute by flexing your hamstring sharply.
  3. Lower your foot back down with control before repeating on the same leg.
  4. Stay tall through your torso and use a quick arm drive to maintain balance and rhythm.
