How to do the Single Leg Glute Bridge

  1. Lie on your back, one knee bent with foot flat, the other leg extended straight.
  2. Drive through the planted heel and squeeze your glute to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line.
  3. Hold at the top for a beat before lowering with control.
  4. Keep your hips level — don't let the unsupported side drop.
