The Single-Leg High Box Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Single-Leg High Box Squat

  1. Stand facing away from a high box and shift all your weight onto one foot.
  2. Reach back with your free leg and sit back slowly onto the box, controlling the descent.
  3. Pause briefly at the bottom without collapsing your torso, then drive through your heel to stand.
  4. Keep your working knee tracking over your toes and your chest tall throughout.
