The Single-Leg Leg Extension is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Single-Leg Leg Extension

  1. Sit fully back in the leg extension machine and set the pad just above your ankle.
  2. Plant one foot flat on the floor and extend the working leg until it is straight.
  3. Squeeze your quad at the top for a brief pause, then lower slowly.
  4. Avoid jerking the weight up or letting your hips lift off the seat.
