Single Leg Push-off

Other Quadriceps

The Single Leg Push-off is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Single Leg Push-off

  1. Stand on one leg with a slight bend in the knee and a forward lean at the hip.
  2. Drive explosively through the ball of your foot to jump upward or forward.
  3. Land softly on the same foot, absorbing force through the hip and knee.
  4. Reset fully before the next rep — don't bounce out of a collapsed position.
