Sit Squats
The Sit Squats is a stretching movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Sit Squats
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes turned out slightly.
- Sit back and down slowly until your thighs reach parallel or below, pausing at the bottom.
- Use the stretch position to mobilize the hips — don't rush through it.
- Keep your chest up and heels flat throughout the movement.
