How to do the Skating
- Stay in a slight athletic crouch with your weight shifted to one leg.
- Push laterally off the inside edge of your foot and glide to the opposite side.
- Absorb each landing with a bent knee, staying low and balanced.
- Drive from the hip and glute, not just the ankle, for full power.
