How to do the Snatch Balance
- Start with the bar on your back in a wide snatch grip, feet in your receiving stance.
- Dip slightly at the knees, then drive the bar up while punching your hands aggressively overhead.
- Drop into the squat simultaneously, catching the bar locked out at the bottom.
- Stand with the bar overhead, elbows fully extended and armpits rotated forward.
