The Snatch from Blocks is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Snatch from Blocks

  1. Set the bar on blocks at knee height and take a wide snatch grip.
  2. Push the floor away as you pull the bar close to your body in one explosive motion.
  3. Drop under the bar and lock it overhead with arms fully extended.
  4. Stand to full extension before lowering the bar back to the blocks.
