The Speed Box Squat is a powerlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Speed Box Squat

  1. Set the bar on your upper back, stand with feet just outside shoulder-width, and position the box behind you.
  2. Sit back onto the box with control, keeping your shins vertical and chest up.
  3. Pause briefly on the box, then drive up with maximum force.
  4. Move each rep as fast as possible while maintaining tight form throughout.
