How to do the Speed Box Squat
- Set the bar on your upper back, stand with feet just outside shoulder-width, and position the box behind you.
- Sit back onto the box with control, keeping your shins vertical and chest up.
- Pause briefly on the box, then drive up with maximum force.
- Move each rep as fast as possible while maintaining tight form throughout.
